Real estate group Immobiliare Conti approached us to do exactly that ― to create a distinct brand identity and responsive website for Homepooling, a new initiative for pooling resources to buy new-built houses off-plan.
First we developed the logo and identity ― evoking the small slice that contributes to a much larger pie.
Then, to tell the story of client and concept through the responsive website ― trust, experience and innovation were key values ― we paired straightforward text with bright, bespoke graphic icons for a friendly feel.
We extended the website’s digital reach by creating a Facebook business page and launch posts. And for more traditional marketing, we even created branded window stickers.
Now the first happy Homepoolers are already on the books, proving that a unique brand and responsive website are the elements of a successful business foundation.
