2025: more steps forward

23 January 2026

Moskito Design has been around for almost 20 years and by now you should know that we love learning, improving and reinventing ourselves. Stepping out of our comfort zone to grow every day. And this year, we really went for it.

How? Keep reading to find out!

One step further for the well-being of our people

In 2025 we achieved Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022). It’s a recognition we’re truly proud of, as it confirms our commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, represented and free. A flexible working model and our corporate welfare program are just some of the reasons that brought us here. If you’d like to know more, check out the full article.

Still on the topic of well-being, this year launched a collaboration with Foorban, who installed a fridge in our office stocked with ready-made, balanced and sustainable meals, designed to improve our lunch breaks (and more). Check it out.

One step further for our skills

The world moves fast and, especially in a creative job like ours, keeping skills up to date is essential. This year called on some true industry professionals to help guide us.

We asked Andrea Spinazzola, Adobe Certified Instructor, to run training sessions for our graphic designers to ensure top-quality when working on print materials.

With Art Director Canio Salandra, an expert in Artificial Intelligence, we learned how to make the most of this new technology across all our work processes, through dedicated training sessions.

One step further for our portfolio

New year, new clients – especially MadeInAdd, a startup specialized in additive manufacturing. They turned to us to shape its communication across all touchpoints – from brand identity to videos, from social posts to event setups.

Coverflex, a Portuguese company focused on workplace benefits, got in touch through Visa to work on a launch campaign for the Italian market and a brand video. To bring it to life, we teamed up with production company Naked Panda and flew to Cagliari to follow the shoot. Here we are at work.

Our work for long-standing client eBay was particularly rewarding, as we directed new focus to the Chinese market. To truly immerse ourselves in a culture so different from our own and rethink our communication in terms of messaging and visuals, we partnered with Long Advisory, a digital marketing agency specialized in the Chinese market. It’s an exciting new challenge.

Finally, staying with clients we’ve been working with for several years now, we strengthened our collaboration with Fineco, offering full support, from concept to gadgets, including social content and videos, to tell the story of the events they sponsored in 2025: from women’s volleyball to golf, from the Garda Regatta to the cleanup of Milan’s Darsena with LifeGate.

One step further for two of our Moskiti

We’ve always made a practice of nurturing young talent. That’s why we work with schools to meet talented people and introduce them to Moskito as a place to grow professionally. In 2025, we strengthened our partnership with NABA by taking part in Talent Harbour, where we shared our “every day beautiful” philosophy with students.

When it comes to growth opportunities, this year we decided to create a new team dedicated to video, an area that is increasingly in demand, led by our video expert Luca, who was promoted to Associate Team Leader. Michelle received the same recognition and now manages a team of graphic designers.

And finally, we welcomed a new mini-Moskito. Best wishes to our CEO Giulia and little Luca!

Happy 2026 from the Moskito Team! ✨
