Connectivity providers should not only provide quality connection, but also bring cutting-edge technology to areas far from urban centers in order to fight the digital divide and inequalities between cities and provinces.
This is the new mission that we helped define with EOLO in mid-2022, transforming it into a purpose-driven company that’s taken sides with small-town Italy.
Provincial areas beyond the cities should be protected and improved as a priceless heritage of humanity and culture.
EOLO’s values are also reflected in the graphic rebranding, which we outlined in the new EOLO brand manual.
The logo’s signal waves and the gradient are the stars of the new identity. They combine with the color yellow to warm up the brand, making it welcoming and inclusive.
We also redefined the icons and the photographic style, which focuses mainly on small towns, to convey a sense of belonging, and on lively, familiar situations.
More than numbers and performance, a company is also defined by its soul. At its soul is EOLO’s love for rural Italy, from north to south, from mountain villages to seaside towns. And it’s this soul that we wanted to reveal in a 1-minute, emotionally-charged video that presents the brand and its achievements, with the goal of boosting awareness about the new positioning.
To fully align with the rebranding, we prepared a set of useful assets for internal communication and customer contact, starting from a presentation template, to point-of-sale materials, including flyers and window decals.
The EOLO editorial approach was rethought and replanned to shift the focus from product communication and to EOLO’s customers. We filled the Instagram feed with news, stories, data and fun facts about Italy’s small towns to bring attention to rural areas that are too often overlooked.
On LinkedIn we manage both the corporate and brand profiles. LinkedIn content aims to reveal the brand from the inside, including its values, its nonprofit initiatives, but also fairs and business decisions.
We produce different email marketing newsletters with a fresh and direct tone of voice for effective yet spontaneous marketing communication: from EOLOxMe for the Loyalty segment to EOLO QuandoVuoi promoting a specific product, to editorial newsletters to relaunch institutional blog articles.
We curate performance campaigns following the classic marketing calendar or in support of special initiatives, from the always-on offer to Black Friday. We handled the entire production from concept to execution for all digital touchpoints.
But not only digital. We also had the opportunity to work on a hyperlocal print campaign with a domination of ad spaces for local newspapers in Lombardy and Piedmont.
The rebranding also involved designing physical event communication to give EOLO a clearly recognizable and appealing identity during trade shows.
Great speeches deserve great presentation decks. A great deck can help salespeople, marketers and event speakers improve their effectiveness with curating content and by bringing statements, numbers and graphics to life with impressive animation.
We designed decks for occasions big and small, including the EOLO Consumer Convention held in September 2023 in front of more than 500 partners.
